Dr. Alyson Miletich, MD, FACOG

Dr. Alyson Miletich is a medical doctor, board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Reiki Master, and certified epigenetic coach with the belief that our potential for health and well-being is not limited to the absence of disease. She understands that there are many paths to vibrant health and that it is possible for all of us. Optimization of nutrition, sleep and circadian rhythms, hormones, detoxification, and mind/body/spirit balance is essential to this pursuit, and the ability to leverage epigenetics within these areas is a powerful tool.

Dr. Miletich obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree at The University of South Carolina where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.  She then took a break from school and taught in a medically supervised weight loss program as a health coach, worked as a personal trainer, and taught Yoga. From here, she entered graduate school at Clemson University and studied nutrition. This was followed by medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina and then a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville.  After many years of traditional Ob-Gyn practice, she trained in Integrative Medicine at The Sajune Institute for Restorative and Regenerative Medicine in Florida. In addition, she has completed course work with The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and The Metabolic Medical Institute (MMI) as well as obtaining certification as an Epigenetic coach through Apeiron Academy.

In her free time, she loves to be in nature, spending time with her husband and 2 boys.  As a lifelong student, she loves to travel and discover new things, including discoveries that aid in achieving and maintaining health and vitality.

Diane Shaneyfelt, B.S. Pharmacy, M.S. Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine

Diane Shaneyfelt is a clinical pharmacist with more than 25 years of experience in traditional healthcare who now specializes in functional and integrative approaches to wellness. Her transition into functional medicine was deeply personal—after conventional treatments failed to fully resolve her own health challenges, Diane found healing through nutrition, lifestyle change, and root-cause care. That experience inspired her to further her education so she could guide others on their own path to lasting health.

Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. She has also completed advanced coursework through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) in gastrointestinal health, hormonal balance, and environmental health and detoxification.

Blending her extensive clinical background with functional medicine principles, Diane takes a personalized, whole-person approach to care. She is passionate about helping individuals uncover the underlying causes of their symptoms and supporting them with practical nutrition strategies and sustainable lifestyle changes that fit real life.

Outside of her professional work, Diane enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and sister and is an avid Spartan obstacle course racer, having earned four Trifectas. Her energy, discipline, and commitment to wellness carry through in both her personal life and the care she provides to her patients.
